A deposit of 50% will be required to reserve your wedding date and the venue for that day.
No outside caterers or any soft drinks/liquor allowed – Kumkani Country Lodge provides all services when the guest decides on our venue. No exceptions!
The following should be clear to you, signed and handed in when your deposit is paid:
|1.||Catering is ONLY done by Kumkani Country Lodge – no outside caterers!|
|2.||We regret – No Alcohol or Non Alcoholic Beverages frome outside are allowed. Kumkani is fully licensed and all beverages can be ordered from our bar.|
|3.||If you are making use of an outside decorator – please liase with our Events Manager before starting with your decor plans.|
|4.||Outside decorators should remove their equipment the day after the wedding – before 9:30 the morning.|
|5.||The bar closes at 23:30 – last rounds will be called at 23:15 and no exceptions will be made.|
|6.||You are responsible for the music, seating plan and chart, name cards, flowers and chair covers.|
|7.||No candles to be used directly on the Table cloths PLEASE!|
|8.||Breakages or any damages will be charged to your account. R500-00 deposit will be taken in advance for breakages.|
|9.||Guests are presented in Tau Hall and use the Bar and Venue at their own risk – we do not take responsibility for any injury and bad behavior will not be tolerated!|
|10.||Final figures of guests should be confirmed with Kumkani 14 days prior to the wedding date.|
|11.||When decorating – please do not use any glue, sticky tape or adhesive that could damage our Hall.|
